Our trekking packages offer everything you need for an unforgettable adventure in the Himalayas. From airport pick-up to drop-off, accommodation, meals, permits, and experienced guides, we take care of everything so that you can focus on the journey ahead.
What’s Included in the trip?
Here is the list of all the services and items that are included in the cost of our trekking packages, such as airport transfers, accommodation, meals, trekking permits, guides and porters, and more.
Knowing what is included in your package can help you plan and prepare for your trekking adventure with ease.
- Airport/hotel pick up and drop off by private car/van/bus.
- Two nights 3-star hotel in Kathmandu – bed and breakfast plan
- Meals on the entire board (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) during the whole trekking
- Kathmandu to Lukla and Lukla to Kathmandu (both-way flight ticket)
- An experienced Government license holder A-grade guide
- Trekking porter/Sherpa who will carry your bags during the trekking
- Insurance, salary, equipment, transportation, local tax for guide and porter
- All necessary paperwork, Khumbu Pasang Lhamu municipality permits, and national park entry permits
- Travel and rescue arrangement
- TIMS (Trekkers’ Information Management System)
- All government taxes and tourist service charges
Important Note:
If you have trekking equipment, then you can bring, otherwise you will be able to rent or buy at Lukla and Namche possible
What’s Not Included?
While we strive to provide an all-inclusive package for your trekking experience, there are some items and services that are not included in the package price. Please take note of these exclusions and plan accordingly to avoid any inconvenience during your trip.
- Meals in Kathmandu before and after trekking
- Your travel insurance (rescue)
- Nepal entry visa fee
- Tips for trekking staff and driver
- Drinks (hot, cold, and alcoholic)
- All desserts, sweet things like chocolate, cake, pie, pudding.
- Hot shower and battery charging on the tea houses
- Personal shopping and laundry, etc.
- Personal trekking equipment
